After presenting a short nutrition science topic, NuSci Director John Tanner will introduce Susan Jenson who will demonstrate how to easily prepare delicious no-oil whole food plant based meals. Following the demonstrations, attendees will get to sample the food prepared and eat a buffet dinner by Little Green Forks.

 The buffet dinner will include soup, salad, a selection of entrees and a tasty dessert. The price is $25/person at the door, or $20 in advance. Join us at Tanner Research facilities near Old Town Monrovia.
