Mock French Onion Dip

A simple tofu based dip for chips and vegetables

  • 1 package Lo Fat Tofu
  • juice from 3 Lemons
  • 1/4 cup dried onion flakes (from spice section of grocery store)
  • 1/4 cup Vegan Worcestershire Sauce
  • seasoning salt to taste

In blender/medium mixing bowl combine Drained package of Lo Fat Tofu, Juice from 3 lemons (approx 5-6 Tbsp.) including lemon pulp.  Add onion flakes, Worcestershire sauce and mix well.

Taste before adding seasoning salt.  Add salt 1 tsp at a time to desired taste.  Add additional Worcestershire sauce or water if dip is thicker than you like.
