Fall Colors/Festive Mixed Salad

An easy and beautiful mixed salad (serves 6-8)

1/2 each Red, Yellow and Green Peppers (cut into 1/4" pieces)

1 bag Mixed European or Santa Barbara Greens (or make your own mixture of Romaine, Escarole, Endive and Radicchio lettuces)

(additional vegetables as season warrants)

**For individuals without heart disease you can add 1/4 cup toasted walnuts
