First, NuSci Director John Tanner, PhD will relay to you some quick tips on reading nutrition labels. Next, Registered Dietitian Susan Jenson will demonstrate how to quickly prepare several delicious dishes using low-fat whole plant ingredients. Samples will be available for tasting. Finally, you will enjoy a full buffet dinner prepared by Little Green Forks, again using low-fat whole plant recipes.
